Jeanne Kramer-Smyth specializes in information architecture, search engine optimization (SEO), relational databases and web site design and development. She excels at clarifying goals with stakeholders then championing the spirit of that vision through implementation. Once the goals are clear, the puzzle of technology selection and implementation approach is fun!

She holds a Masters of Library Science from the Archives, Records and Information Management Program at the University of Maryland iSchool and has divided the majority of her professional career between Oracle Corporation and Discovery Communications. She currently holds a position at the World Bank.
